This notice explains how Addestra Sdn. Bhd. (202601015651), a company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“we”), handles personal data collected through addestra.com, under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

When you email us, we receive what you send: usually your name, email address and your message.

When you visit the site, our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time) for security. If you accept analytics cookies in the banner, an analytics service also records which pages are visited, roughly from which country, and on what kind of device. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of each page.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to look after invoices and the work we do for you, to keep the site secure, and, if you agree, to see which pages are useful. If we build something for your business, how its data is handled is set out in our contract with you.

Who we share it with

The service providers that host the site, run our email and provide analytics, only so they can do that work for us.

How long we keep it

No longer than we need it for the purpose we collected it for, or than the law requires.

Your rights and contact
