This page explains how Addestra Sdn Bhd (“Addestra”, “we”) handles personal data collected through addestra.com. We follow the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

This site is a brochure. We do not run forms, accounts, or tracking analytics on it. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send to us by email at hello@addestra.com or careers@addestra.com. That is typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not linked to identified individuals and are retained for a short period.

Why we use it

We use the information you send us only to reply to you and, where relevant, to follow up on the conversation you started. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as it remains useful for the conversation or for legitimate business records, and we delete it when it no longer is. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it’s inaccurate, withdraw any consent you previously gave, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@addestra.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children through this site. Where Addestra products are designed for school-age learners, those products have their own privacy notices and parental consent flows.

Updates to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we’ll update this page and change the “last updated” date above. For material changes, we’ll do our best to flag them on the site.
