What we’re building

Addestra is a Malaysian education company, and it’s also a studio: we co-build learning ventures from zero to one. The same belief runs through both — that mastery learning should reach every family, and that the best products for the Commonwealth get built from inside it, not exported into it.

We’re early and we’re selective. This page is what we bring and who we build with — not a pitch, and not a portfolio we haven’t earned yet. For the method behind it, read how we build.

What we bring

1. The build.

   We're a team that ships education software, not a deck. Engineering, product, and the unglamorous work of getting a real thing in front of real learners — the zero-to-one a non-technical founder or a subject expert usually can't do alone.

2. The lens.

   We build from a published thesis, not a hunch. A learning tool has to fit the system its students actually live in — their syllabus, their languages, their price, their connection. We run the same test on what we build that we run on everything we review.

3. The path to capital.

   Equity is the most expensive money a founder takes, and early on it's usually avoidable. We help founders work the non-dilutive stack — grants, status, credits, and the training levy their buyers already hold — before anyone gives away a share.

Who we build with

• Entrepreneurial founders without a technical half. You have the market and the drive; we bring the build.
• Subject-matter experts — teachers, curriculum people, child-development specialists. You have authority in the domain; we build everything around it.
• Schools, tuition groups, publishers, and employers. You have a real problem and a route to learners; we co-build the venture that solves it.
